Fujifilm GFX 100R (Wishlist)

A dream medium-format camera I’d love to try for large prints and ultra-detailed work. The lack of IBIS gives me pause, but the appeal of a fixed focal length system at that size is undeniable. For now, it stays on my wishlist as a “what if” camera.

What draws me most is the idea of working with a single lens at a natural focal length, without the distraction of changing glass. The simplicity is similar to why I love the X100VI — less time fussing with gear and more time focused on the subject.

Fujifilm X100VI (Black & Silver)

My current favorite cameras and daily shooters. Compact, discreet, and versatile with IBIS and a 40MP sensor. The fixed 23mm lens is perfect for street photography and documenting roadside Americana. I keep both black and silver bodies so I’m never without one ready to go.

Another reason I love the X100VI is its fixed lens design. I’ve never enjoyed swapping lenses — it slows me down, and no matter how careful I am, dust always finds its way to the sensor. The X100VI keeps things simple while still delivering pro-level results, making it the camera I reach for first.
